About BPKH PPID

The Public Information and Documentation Officer (PPID) of BPKH was established pursuant to Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure. The PPID is responsible for storing, documenting, providing, and/or publishing public information under the authority of BPKH to the public.

Information that must be provided and announced periodically, such as financial reports, performance reports, and activity information.

Frequently Asked Questions about PPID

How long does it take to obtain information?

In accordance with Law No. 14 of 2008, the PPID is required to respond to information requests within 10 working days from the date the request is received. For information that requires further review, the period may be extended by a maximum of 7 working days.

Is there a fee for submitting an information request?

Submitting an information request is free of charge. However, for document duplication or information delivery, the requester will be charged according to the applicable rates.

What should I do if my information request is rejected?

If a request is rejected, the requester may file an objection with the PPID Supervisor of BPKH within 30 working days from the date of the rejection notice. If the objection is also rejected, the requester may file a public information dispute resolution with the Information Commission.

What information is exempt from public access?

Exempt information includes: information that may interfere with law enforcement processes, information that may reveal personal secrets, information that may endanger national defense and security, and information protected by law.

How can I track the status of my information request?

After submitting a request, you will receive a registration number. The request status can be tracked via email at info@bpkh.go.id by providing the registration number, or by contacting the PPID call center at (021) 83793001.
